Launched the Assessment Workbench for structured CMMC L2 assessments. Step through each control domain with evidence review, status setting, and notes. Progress tracking shows completion percentage across all 110 practices. The core assessment experience — from gap identification to readiness scoring — is now available.

Outpost now collects configuration evidence across AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. Scan results map directly to CMMC L2 controls, showing which practices are covered automatically vs. requiring manual evidence collection.

AI Guardrails
The compliance assistant now includes guardrails that keep responses grounded in official CMMC and NIST guidance. Responses that could be misleading about assessment requirements are flagged or refined automatically — important when compliance decisions have real audit consequences.
Dual Authentication
Organizations can require two-factor authentication at the account level. Supports TOTP apps (Authenticator, 1Password) and SMS. Required for users with admin access.
Public Chat Improvements
The public-facing compliance chat (accessible without login) has been updated with better scope controls and improved response quality for common CMMC questions. Useful for organizations evaluating their compliance needs before engaging a C3PAO.

Email Notifications
Configurable email alerts for key events: assessment due dates, control status changes, new evidence uploads, and team member actions.
Improved Navigation
Redesigned sidebar and breadcrumb navigation makes it easier to move between your organization, systems, controls, and evidence without losing context.
Session Controls
Administrators can now configure session timeout policies — important for organizations with strict access control requirements under CMMC AC.L2-3.1.10 (session lock) and AC.L2-3.1.11 (session termination).
